What is your warranty policy?
All Creare machines come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Warranty covers replacement of defective parts; wear parts (blades, belts, filters) are not covered. Extended warranty options are available.
How do I order spare parts?
Contact us with your machine model and the part you need (refer to the parts diagram in your user manual). We ship spare parts within 3-5 working days via DHL/FedEx express, and we maintain inventory for all models manufactured in the last 10 years.
Do you offer training for machine operation and maintenance?
Every Creare machine ships with a detailed user manual in English. For large orders, we can arrange on-site training by our engineer. Remote video training via WhatsApp/WeChat is available for all customers at no charge.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 unit for most models. For OEM-branded machines, the typical MOQ is 5 units per model. We also support sample orders and trial units for new distributors.
