Forward-only compactors (PC-66G, PC-140G, PC-160E) move in one direction. Reversible compactors (PCR-33, PCR-50, PCR-70) can switch direction with a lever, significantly reducing operator fatigue and increasing efficiency on larger jobs. Reversible models also offer higher compaction force.

Our standard configuration is 380V/50Hz three-phase for industrial machines and 220V/50Hz single-phase for smaller models. We can customize voltage and frequency (e.g., 220V/60Hz, 440V/60Hz, 415V/50Hz) to match your local power grid at no extra charge.

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. We also support L/C (Letter of Credit) for larger orders over USD 50,000.

Yes, OEM customization is one of our core services. We can apply your company logo, color scheme, and model numbers to any machine. Minimum order for OEM is typically 5 units per model. We can also customize voltage, motor brand, paint color, and packing requirements.

Standard production time is 15-25 days for single units and 25-40 days for container orders. Shipping time varies by destination: 7-15 days to Southeast Asia, 20-35 days to Middle East/Africa, and 25-40 days to South America. Express air freight is available for urgent orders.

All Creare machines come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Warranty covers replacement of defective parts. Wear parts (blades, belts, filters) are not covered. Extended warranty options are available.

Yes, Creare machines can be supplied with CE marking and documentation for the European market. For other regions, we can provide compliance documentation per your local import requirements. All machines undergo factory testing before shipment.

Yes, we welcome factory visits. Our manufacturing facility is located in Changge Science & Technology Industrial Park, Henan Province, China — approximately 1 hour from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. We can arrange airport pickup and hotel accommodation. Please contact us at least one week in advance.
