What products does Henan Creare manufacture?
Henan Creare specializes in two main categories: steel bar processing machinery (rebar straightening & cutting machines, rebar cutting machines, rebar bending machines, hoop bending machines, and thread rolling machines) and concrete construction equipment (power trowels, plate compactors, tamping rammers, concrete vibrators, screeds, floor grinders, and pavement cutters). We offer 60+ models covering small job-site tools to industrial-scale processing equipment.
How do I choose the right rebar processing machine for my project?
The right machine depends on three factors: (1) Maximum rebar diameter you need to process — choose a machine rated at least 20% above your typical maximum; (2) Daily processing volume — under 5 tons/day: standard automatic models, over 10 tons/day: CNC models; (3) Types of processing needed — straightening, cutting, bending, or all three. What’s the difference between forward and reversible plate compactors?
Forward-only compactors (PC-66G, PC-140G, PC-160E) move in one direction — the operator must physically turn the machine at the end of each pass. They are best for smaller areas and narrow trenches. Reversible compactors (PC-160G, PC-165G) can move forward and backward via hydraulic control, saving about 40% time on large open areas. Reversible models also deliver deeper compaction per pass.
What power supply do your electric machines require?
Our standard configuration is 380V/50Hz three-phase for industrial machines and 220V/50Hz single-phase for smaller models. We can customize voltage and frequency to match your country’s power grid (e.g., 220V/60Hz, 440V/60Hz, 415V/50Hz). Please specify your local power standards when requesting a quotation.

What is the price of your rebar bending machine?
Prices vary by model and configuration. Our entry-level rebar benders (RB18-E22, Φ4-18mm) start at competitive factory-direct rates, while heavy-duty industrial models (RB60-E55, Φ60mm) are priced higher. All prices are FOB or CIF, depending on your preference. For an exact quotation, please contact us with the model and quantity you need.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 unit for most models. For OEM-branded machines, the typical MOQ is 5 units per model. We also support mixed-container orders — you can combine different machine types in one shipment to meet container requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) — typically 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. For smaller orders, we also accept Western Union and trade assurance through Alibaba. L/C (Letter of Credit) is available for larger orders. Payment terms are negotiable for established business relationships.
OEM & Customization
Do you offer OEM and custom branding?
Yes, OEM customization is one of our core services. We can apply your company logo, color scheme, and model numbers to any machine. Custom specifications (motor brand, voltage/frequency, roller configuration) are also available. Minimum order quantities apply for full OEM branding. Contact us with your requirements.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production time is 15-25 days for single units and 25-40 days for container orders, depending on model and customization. Sea freight transit time depends on destination: 15-25 days to Southeast Asia, 25-35 days to the Middle East and Europe, 30-40 days to Africa and South America. Air freight is available for urgent orders (5-10 days).
Warranty & Support
What is your warranty policy?
All Creare machines come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Warranty covers replacement parts for defective components. We provide technical support via WhatsApp, email, and video call. Extended warranty options are available for fleet buyers.
How do I order spare parts?
Contact us with your machine model and the part you need (refer to the parts diagram in your user manual). We ship spare parts worldwide via DHL/FedEx (3-7 days delivery for urgent items) or consolidated sea freight for bulk parts orders. We recommend ordering commonly worn parts (blades, rollers, belts, filters) with your initial machine order.
How long do Creare machines typically last?
With proper preventive maintenance, Creare machines are designed for 10,000+ operating hours. Key factors affecting lifespan include: regular lubrication, blade/roller replacement when worn, clean working environment, and following the maintenance schedule. Many customers report 8-12 years of reliable service with proper care.
Do you offer training for machine operation and maintenance?
Every Creare machine ships with a detailed user manual in English including setup, operation, maintenance, parts diagrams, and troubleshooting guides. For large orders (10+ machines), we can provide on-site training at your location or host your technicians at our factory. Remote video training is also available.
Quality & Certifications
Do your machines have CE certification?
Yes, Creare machines can be supplied with CE marking and documentation for the European market. For other regions, we can arrange compliance with relevant local standards (GOST, SASO, etc.). Please discuss certification requirements when requesting a quotation — certification may affect production time and cost.
Factory & Visits
Can I visit your factory in China?
Yes, we welcome factory visits. Our manufacturing facility is located in Changge Science & Technology Industrial Park, Henan Province, China. A factory visit allows you to see our production line, quality control process, and test machines in person before placing an order.
