4. Operation Guide
Place the machine on a level, stable surface. Verify the working voltage matches your power supply.
Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet.
Select the bending pin according to the required bend diameter.
Insert the steel bar and position it against the stop guide.
Start the machine and let the arm complete the bending cycle.
Remove the bent bar and continue the next piece.
Note: Do not exceed the maximum rated bending diameter of the machine. Bending larger bars may damage the machine or produce inaccurate bends.
5. Safety Instructions
Warning: This machine has moving bending components. Serious injury can occur if misused.
Operate the machine only after reading this manual and receiving proper training.
Wear safety goggles, gloves, and protective footwear when operating.
Keep hands away from the bending arm and rotating parts at all times.
Disconnect power before changing pins, cleaning, or maintenance.
Never attempt to bend bars beyond the rated capacity.
Use only genuine Creare replacement parts.
6. Maintenance
Inspect the bending pins and discs for wear before each shift.
Lubricate the rotating mechanism and gears according to the maintenance schedule.
Check bolts and fasteners periodically for tightness.
