The RC50 is a heavy-duty electric steel bar cutting machine designed for construction and rebar processing. It cuts A3 round bars up to Φ50mm and Class II reinforced bars up to Φ36mm with a cutting frequency of 28 strokes per minute. A robust 4KW motor and reinforced blade assembly deliver consistent, clean cuts suitable for continuous production duty.

3. Intended Use & Applications
The RC50 is intended for cutting steel bars and reinforcing steel in:
Rebar fabrication workshops
Precast concrete plants
Highway and bridge construction
Building foundation works
Structural column, beam, and slab reinforcement
It processes round bars, deformed rebar, and reinforcing steel across the diameter range listed above without requiring tooling changes.
4. Operation Guide
Place the machine on a level, stable surface. Verify the working voltage matches your power supply (220V–440V).
Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet.
Insert the steel bar into the cutting slot up to the stop guide.
Press the start switch; the blade will complete one cutting cycle.
After cutting, remove the workpiece and continue the next cycle.
Note: Do not exceed the maximum cutting capacity (Φ50mm round bar / Φ36mm reinforced bar). Exceeding the rated capacity may damage the blade or the machine frame.
5. Safety Instructions
Warning: This machine has moving cutting blades. Serious injury can occur if misused.
Operate the machine only after reading this manual and receiving proper training.
Wear safety goggles, gloves, and hearing protection when operating.
Keep hands and body parts away from the cutting area at all times.
Disconnect power before blade replacement, cleaning, or maintenance.
Never operate the machine with the blade guard removed.
Do not cut materials other than steel bars (e.g., wood, stone, or hardened alloys).
Use only genuine Creare replacement blades.
6. Maintenance
Inspect the blade before each shift; replace worn or chipped blades promptly.
Lubricate moving parts according to the maintenance schedule.
Keep the cutting area free of metal chips and debris.
Check bolts and fasteners periodically for tightness.
Store the machine in a dry, covered area when not in use.
