4. Operation Guide
Connect the vibrator to the power supply and check the flexible shaft.
Insert the vibrating head vertically into the fresh concrete.
Hold the head in place until air bubbles stop rising (usually a few seconds per point).
Withdraw the head slowly and move to the next insertion point.
Avoid over-vibration, which can cause segregation of the mix.
Note: Do not run the vibrator in air for extended periods, as this may damage the unit. Insert the head into concrete before starting where possible.
